The National Relay is an exciting relay for the age groups 11 to 16 years, taking place in Innlandet. The relay consists of 8 legs for both genders, and each team's eight runners cannot exceed a total age of 108 years. Younger runners than 11 years can participate, but they will count as 11 years in the relay. Participants will experience a varied course that takes them through beautiful surroundings, and all legs can be viewed from the spectator area northwest of the town hall.
